THE PROCESS
Heine Construction Corporation works with clients from the inception of a project through the final completion and onto future projects with the same client. During the course of the construction project, clients are provided with weekly photo and email updates.
Understanding how each individual client team operates allows for Heine Construction Corporation to work with the team in a time conscious manner, delivering desired results while allowing the clients to focus on their business and not be burdened by the ongoing construction project.
Being involved primarily with design/build projects throughout his career has led Heine to a close working relationship with architects, engineers, and owners. These relationships have taught Heine how to strategically solve difficult construction, phasing, and logistical issues.
With Heine Construction Corporation, Heine always provides a hands on problem solving thought process, across the disciplines, providing clients with successful project outcomes every time.
PROFESSIONALLY DRIVEN LEADERSHIP
Timothy A Heine has been employed in Commercial General construction since his graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Urban Planning.
For more than a decade, Tim has worked for the top companies in the business and has been mentored by the most experienced professionals in the industry. Tim has completed a wide range of projects spanning many disciplines from Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Warehousing, and Civil Projects with several projects under his direction being nominated and / or winning awards from NAIOP, Chicago Building Congress and other industry organizations.
He has successfully completed projects in excess of $100,000,000. Tim Heine's previous clients include: Irgens Development Partners, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, Edward Hospital, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Kuusakoski Recycling, CareFusion, Abbvie, Moran and Associates, Bronson and Bratton, Inc., FGS Kelvyn, Inc., SPEC Engineering, Blessed, Realis, CB Richard Ellis, Avison Young, CATCO, Sky Bridge, Fed Ex, Green Bay Packaging.
Tim also holds a managing broker license and develops and rehabs three and six flats for his own portfolio.
