Challenge:

The project dealt with replacement of lintels, modification of bow truss roof system, and replacement of brick façade and parapet wall.

Solution:

Removed the existing roof structure, lintels and parapet wall on a 100+ year old manufacturing facility. Had to maintain strict environmental control standards so as not to impede on the Owner's daily processes.
