Challenge

Construction of a 25,000 SF medical office building on a green field site for a developer. The project consisted of 20,000 SF for medical group and 5,000 SF additional for two time share suites.

Solution:

The project was completed on time despite significant weather delays. Build-out for a physician timeshare suite located within the medical office building which we had previously overseen the construction of. This work had to be performed adjacent to an open medical facility; therefore, infection control was of the utmost importance.

This clinical and office space is used by numerous physician groups.XYZ company was looking to  expand and retrofit their facilities.
