LARGE SCALE WATER BOTTLING PLANT

Challenge:

 

Expand blow molder and water bottle fill line capabilities for a national bottling company while constructing within an operating plant.

 

Solution:

 

Worked with bottling company and its subsidiaries to formulate a plan to more than double water bottling production capabilities while preforming construction in an operating plant; cleanliness of the utmost importance throughout the project. Imperative that all MEP systems remain operational throughout construction with zero downtime.

 

PRESS - COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL PRINTING

Challenge:

 

The project dealt with Press and Commerical Printing.

 

Solution:

 

Removed the existing roof structure on a 60 year old manufacturing facility and raised the roof 10’ on a 45,000 SF building to make room for new printing equipment. Aided in the installation of equipment providing all of the necessary Isolation Pads, MEP chases, rigging of equipment and MEP connections. Poured 10” of concrete over the existing slab across 25,000 SF to meet the specifications of the equipment manufacture. Owner requested additional services of updating and / or replacing all RTUs on three of the buildings in the facility. 

 

30,000 SF SHOP LINK

Challenge:

 

The project dealt with 30,000 SF SHOP LINK  Construction.

 

Solution:

 

 

Constructed a precast addition between two existing buildings. The machine shops were originally 70,000 SF and upon completion totaled 100,000 SF. The buss duct for the CNC machines, pneumatic system for equipment, backup power generators and other MEPs had to be accounted for to ensure a flawless transition into the space. The link also included 7,000 Sf of office space.
